This manual is to update the Johnson Valiant I to the Valiant II to work better with the Viking SSB Adapter. With some changes, it may also work with other SSB adapters. It is unlikely to work with the Heathkit SB-10. It is essential that the earlier Johnson update to the bias circuit be installed first.
